Hikin' in the Woods

Sunday was my Cub Scout hike. First when I got there, there were only a couple scouts trying to find a hiking stick. I was looking for a big hiking stick and I found one, but I had to leave the hiking stick. (I didn't want a hiking stick anyway.)

I went in the woods along the main trail. We had to cut fruit to feed deer. We used pears and apples. When we came back, we saw two deer. On the way back, we saw another. Earlier we threw out trash from the woods or you could call it "litter".

We went and did the Pledge of Allegiance before we went to the woods. We made stretchers(also called "litters") for emergencies, so we used Princess to test it out. Mr. G., our leader, had to cut people's fruit who didn't have a knife with them. He used a big knife called a machete. At the end, we had to get prizes from selling popcorn. I got a flashlight, a wristband, and a watch. It was a really great time.

P W Derby and Guitar Boy

I had lots of fun at the Pinewood Derby and when I was Guitar Boy.

On the left is a picture of some of the cars that raced in the Pinewood Derby. My car didn't win, but my car won 3rd place in best design. It was all thanks to PC (he says I was a huge help). It was exciting. There were screaming scouts under the tables. Three cars raced at a time. Every car raced at least three times. Each group of three was called a "heet". The cars raced on a ramp going down a slope. All the cars went over past the finish gate. Only one car in each scout group went to the finals. The car with the least points went to the finals. Two cars in my scout group went to the finals. It was a fun day. The scout racing order was Tiger Cubs, Wolves, Bears (my group), Weeblos I, Weeblos II, and Grand Finals.

This is a picture of me as GuitarBoy. I was holding my guitar, playing it while Mom was taking a picture of me. I got my guitar for Christmas. I had one lesson already from PC (those are 2 of his guitars in the picture), and I learned the G and G7 chords. Please stand by. I' m thinking. I got to learn lessons from PC. He is teaching me how to play the guitar because I want to play the guitar. He said that Pete Townshend played around in a circle when he strummed the strings. That's all.

Mi Familia!

Today I will talk about my family.
The picture on the right is me, SmallBoy. I was at Grandma's (or "GR's") house on Cookie Day in 2004. I was in my Bear's shirt. I was younger than I am now. The picture was called "SmallBoy 2" from Mom's camera.

This picture is of Girl. She was carrying a backpack with one of our OCF's (obnoxiously cute furballs) - Maizey. We called this picture "Girl with Backpack with Maizey inside". It is a funny picture. It is so funny because Maizey is so cute and going for a ride in the backpack.

Here is my broha, LargeBoy on the right. I need to think about this. He is 15. His hair is MUCH longer than this right now and Mom keeps yelling at him to get it cut. He lets me have a part in his videos as SmallBoy "Meatloaf". "Meatloaf is my "stage name". In his next video, I am as "MonkeyBoy". My brother, right now just got an iPod.

Up next is PC, my stepdad. he married my mom, and is great at Star Wars Battlefront 2. He is almost like my best friend. This week he is helpin' me make a car for the Pinewood Derby.

Last is my mom. She has a blog also. It is called Mommyguilt. I love her. This picture is on the day that she and PC got married. We call my Mom's picture, "Where's My Lipstick?" She loves me, too.

Well, that's all I can say, so just stay put with it.
